Started in 2022. Built on trust.
FD Automotive Solutions was founded in 2022 by Mohamed Faizer Mohamed Farook — known to most customers simply as Faizer.
The idea was simple: be the kind of mechanic people can actually trust. Diagnose the real problem, explain it clearly, charge a fair price and do the job properly. That approach has earned us loyal locals who bring every family vehicle to us, and travellers who leave Alice Springs singing our praises.

Do I need to book?
Booking is best so we can get your vehicle in and out quickly — just book online. If you’ve broken down or you’re just passing through, call anyway — we’ll always try to help as soon as we can.
Will servicing with you affect my new-car warranty?
You don’t have to go back to the dealer. As long as your vehicle is serviced to the manufacturer’s specifications with appropriate parts, your new-car warranty stays protected. We follow your logbook schedule and stamp your book.

How much will it cost?
Every vehicle is different, so we inspect first and then give you an honest quote. No work goes ahead without your approval.
